Sheri Wright

Sheri Wright currently serves as the Area Director of Sales Marketing for Tru by Hilton since July 2023, and as an Ambassador for the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce since September 2022. Previously, Sheri held the position of Area Director of Sales at Hyatt Place Augusta from July 2022 and was the Director of Sales at DoubleTree by Hilton from May 2018 to June 2022. Sheri has extensive experience in hotel sales and marketing, including developing strategic sales vision and training sales teams. Prior to this, Sheri completed a Certified Medical Assistant externship at Bee Healthy Clinics in 2018 and worked as a Social and Corporate Sales Coordinator at Hilton Garden Inn. Educationally, Sheri obtained a Certificate-Diploma in Certified Medical Assistant from Virginia College-Augusta in 2018.
