Kaitlyn Witman

Kaitlyn Witman is the current Chief Operating Officer at RainFactory, a position they have held since the company's inception in 2014.

Witman has an extensive background in project management and business development, having worked with companies such as YEC, Petal, LLC, and Alliance of Angels. In their previous role as a member and angel investor with Alliance of Angels, they were responsible for conducting due diligence that led to UW's investment in TalkSocket.

At RainFactory, Witman is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, as well as its long-term strategic planning. Under their guidance, RainFactory has become one of the leading digital marketing firms in the Pacific Northwest.

Kaitlyn Witman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, with a focus in finance and entrepreneurship. Kaitlyn also has a BA in political science and economics from the University of Virginia, as well as a business certificate from the McIntire Business Institute at UVA in marketing, management, finance, Excel, and accounting. Kaitlyn has also studied abroad, focusing on marketing strategies in Southeast Asia at the UVA McIntire School of Commerce.
