Aileen Williams is a results-driven leader and analytical problem-solver with extensive experience in technical program and project management. Currently serving as a Principal Client Success Manager at RainFocus, Aileen manages technical software solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and client engagement. Previously, Aileen held various roles at Cisco, overseeing service delivery and managing cross-functional teams, as well as contributing to financial management and process improvements. Aileen has also worked with Disney Consumer Products and has a B.A. in Economics from UC San Diego, which complements their strong business analysis skills.
