Luke Bench is an experienced professional in the private equity and investment banking sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Rainier Partners since September 2020, Luke Bench focuses on private equity investments in the lower middle market across the Western US and Canada. Previous roles include Senior Associate and Private Equity Associate at Calera Capital from June 2018 to September 2020, and Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies from June 2016 to June 2018, where Mergers & Acquisitions work was a primary focus. Luke Bench also completed a Summer Analyst position at Jefferies and a Research Analyst Intern role at Archon Capital Management LLC prior to entering full-time positions. Academically, Luke Bench earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Theology from Georgetown University and attended Lakeside School for secondary education.
