John Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. John has held various roles, primarily in project management and consultancy. Their most recent position is as the Director of Enterprise Application Services at Raining Virtue Inc., where they oversee the integration of technology into the company's business. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior ERP Consultant at the same company.

Before joining Raining Virtue Inc., John served as the Project Management Office Leader at PMI Worldwide, where they managed a team and a portfolio of projects. John also worked as a PMO Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at The Walt Disney Company, advising the leadership team on building and scaling their Project Management Organization for the launch of Disney+.

John has a strong background in project management, having founded the Project Management Office at PMI Worldwide. John implemented project management methodologies and governance approaches to improve project success rates and ROI. John Carroll's education history includes a variety of academic achievements. In 1987, they enrolled at Boston University and completed a Bachelor's degree in English in 1991. Subsequently, from 1992 to 1995, they attended Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where they obtained their JD degree with a specialization in Business law.

To enhance their professional skills, John pursued a Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Washington from 2002 to 2003. Following this, in May 2003, they earned the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. In January 2018, they acquired the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification from the Acuity Institute.
