Victor Tan

Victor Tan has a wealth of experience in the financial and gaming industries. Victor started his career in 2006 as a Customer Experience CX/UX Specialist at STARTEK. In 2008, he joined CIMB as a Senior Sales Manager, where he managed a regional sales team. In 2011, he moved to Maybank as a Senior Consultant, where he was responsible for team management, training, and coaching. In 2014, he became a Team Leader at AIA Malaysia, where he was responsible for sales team lead and talent management. In 2017, he was appointed Regional Head (APAC) at Destination Express International Pte Ltd. In 2019, he founded GZ Technologies Consultancy Sdn Bhd, a technology consulting firm and certified contractor and vendor for major O&G industry firms' Southeast Asia regional entities. Lastly, in 2021, he co-founded Rainmaker Games, a Blockchain-based Decentralized Organization built on a new type of gaming ecosystem, which has successfully raised $11.2 mil Seed round that backed by some top tier VCs and investors like CoinFund, Animoca Brands, Raptor Group, Polygon, Merit Circle, Liberty City Ventures, and more.

Victor Tan holds a Master of Engineering Science, Systems Engineer from the Monash University, and a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Management and Operation.
