Scot Ruhlander

Scot Ruhlander is the Managing Partner at One Design Alternative Investment Solutions, where they raise capital for alternative investment managers and facilitate secondary market transactions in private, late-stage, pre-IPO companies. They have served as a Director at Rainmaker Securities since 2017 and have been an Advisory Board Member for Invest for Kids since 2016. Previously, Ruhlander held leadership roles including Managing Director at SG Capital Management and The Endowment Office, and Principal at Genesee Investments. They began their career in institutional sales at Bear Stearns and Deutsche Bank.
