Kanchan K is an experienced professional in brand culture, people engagement, and disability inclusion with a robust background in project management and development. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Brand Culture and People Engagement at Rainmaker since March 2023, Kanchan has previously held multiple managerial positions specializing in DEI Talent Management. Prior experience includes project leadership at 1GEN, focusing on supporting disadvantaged students and developing strategic plans for interventions. At v-shesh, Kanchan was integral in skills development and promoting workplace inclusion for persons with disabilities, receiving recognition with the National Award for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.
