Kewal Shah is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in project management and team leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager - Operations at Rainmaker since June 2023, Kewal previously held positions at Enthral, where responsibilities included leading the development and delivery of e-learning modules, and at WhiteHat Jr, managing operations and enhancing the learning experience for over 1500 students. With a background in customer service and business development, Kewal has also contributed to admissions counseling at upGrad and market research at Kantar IMRB. Holding a PGPM in Business Administration and Management from ICFAI Business School, Kewal’s career spans diverse roles from merchandising to operations management.
