Phil Roche

Phil Roche currently serves as the CEO of Rainmaking for Europe and as Managing Director for Startupbootcamp, both roles assumed in January 2023. Additionally, Phil holds a mentorship position at Be the Business since October 2022. Prior to these roles, Phil was involved with Bow&Arrow, part of Accenture Interactive, in various strategic capacities from July 2015 to January 2023. Phil founded Indie Visual, a sales and marketing advisory firm focused on the engineering and construction sectors, operating from November 2013 to October 2015. Earlier experience includes roles at Kantar and United Drug. Phil's educational background includes a Master of Science in Marketing Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin.
