Dewey Burchfield

Dewey Burchfield is an experienced educator and business professional with a diverse background spanning several years. Currently serving as a Licensed Substitute Teacher for the Huntsville City School System since October 2016, Dewey teaches a wide range of subjects and grades, including special needs students. In addition, Dewey works as a STEM Instructor at ROLLERTIME LLC, providing interactive educational experiences related to STEM for visiting school groups. Dewey's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in the self-employed role as a Certified Substitute Teacher and as the Independent Business Owner of DB Enterprises, assisting clients with modern technology. Previous experience includes an extensive tenure at Baron Services as an Account Executive and Project Manager, focusing on international business development and leading teams on meteorological projects. Dewey also possesses a strong technical background from earlier roles in computer maintenance and audio-visual repair. Dewey holds a BS in Organizational Management from Oakwood University and an AAS in Electronic Engineering Technology from Calhoun Community College.
