The Rainy Day Trust is the charity of the Home Improvement and Home Enhancement Industry. We support current and previous employees in the DIY, Builders Merchant, Hardware, Housewares, Potteries & Glass and Ironmongery Industries in their time of need.

As a HR Manager, you will have experienced first hand the difficulties the home improvement workforce can face when things in life don’t go to plan. When your staff are struggling, you can rely on our support to help you to help them.

We provide support, help and training to those who need it in a number of ways:
-	Grants and Financial Support
-	Apprenticeship Support
-	Fuel Poverty Help
-	Legal Express
-	Telephone Counselling
-	Training & Skills: E-Learning
-	Housing Advice

If any of your staff would benefit from our support, we are here to help. Get in touch today.
