Using our secure user-friendly website employees who do not wish to approach management can raise their concerns directly with us. A key feature of our service is that we protect their identity.  So they can raise concerns without fear of reprisal, recrimination or 'labeling' by management, colleagues or others.  We also provide guidance and support where needed, before during and after the process.
