Alwin Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2012, they worked as an Account Coordinator at The Audience Motivation Company Asia Pte Ltd. From 2018 to 2021, they held multiple roles at the Republic of Singapore Navy, including Communications Manager and Operations Development Staff Officer. During their time there, they managed incident responses, developed communication plans, and improved linkages across the organization.
