Alejandro Santos is a highly experienced Sales Director at Raízen, with over 24 years in Sales, Marketing, and Planning roles, primarily within Shell and Raízen Downstream Business. Since April 2019, Alejandro has also served as HR Director for the Sugar, Bio Fuels & Energy Company, overseeing a team responsible for union negotiations, diversity initiatives, and social performance across a workforce of over 23,000. Alejandro has actively contributed to strategic planning and culture transformation efforts within the organization, demonstrating a strong commitment to both people and clients.
