Breno Leite

Breno Leite is currently the Líder de Excelência Operacional Agrícola at Raízen, a position held since June 2023, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of the Excellence Operational program (SER+) in the agricultural sector, focusing on continuous improvement, project management, and coordinating a team across 27 Bioparques in São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Goiás, and Mato Grosso do Sul. Prior to this role, Breno served in various positions at Abbott from January 2017 to February 2023, including Product Supervisor, Analyst Products, and Technical Assistant. Experience also includes an internship as a Production Engineering Intern at St. Jude Medical and as a Technical Mechanical Intern at Vallourec. Breno holds a degree in Engenharia de Produção from Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte and a Técnico em Mecânica from Polimig.
