Elder Souza

Elder Souza has extensive experience in traffic control and operational analysis, having worked at Raízen from August 2021 to February 2024 as a Controlador de tráfego and Jr Operational Controls Analyst. Prior experience includes a role as Controlador de tráfego at Biosev from March 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities involved dispatching sugarcane trucks to meet operational indicators and ensure continuous supply to the industry.
