Ettore Martines has over two decades of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits. Ettore has held various leadership roles in multinational companies such as PepsiCo, Kimberly-Clark, and Raízen. Ettore has extensive experience in Total Rewards, Leadership Development, Labor Relations, and HR Strategy. Currently, they are the HR Director at Raízen and also serves as a HR Board Member at Grupo Nós.
Ettore Martines completed a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo in 2005. In 2007, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2023, they attended the Leadership Program at ISE Business School for Executive Education.
