Ever Dias

Ever Dias is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing production and logistics across various industries. Currently serving as Coordenador regional de operações at Raízen since June 2023, Ever oversees operations for four production units, leading a team of 180 collaborators and managing an annual budget of R$15 million. Previously at H.B. Fuller, from July 2021 to June 2023, coordination of production and logistics for the largest unit in Latin America was achieved, with a team of 100 involved in the handling of 587 SKUs of chemical products. Prior experience includes coordination roles at Vale, overseeing a team of 25 in integrated operations, and Alcoa, where oversight of industrial production and process engineering took place. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's in Mining Engineering from Universidade Federal do Pará.
