Felipe Coimbra

Felipe Coimbra is an experienced engineering professional with a solid background in project management and civil engineering. At Raízen, Felipe served as Engenheiro de Projetos II and III, leading initiatives to enhance logistics and distribution capacity, significantly increasing sales of fuels. As a Especialista de P&D, Felipe implemented advanced automation systems across 70 business units, notably driving productivity improvements through the 'Fastpass' system. Prior to Raízen, Felipe held roles at Moura Dubeux, managing high-standard construction projects and refining quality management processes through Lean Construction principles. Felipe holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Fortaleza, an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Energy Transition at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
