Felipe Rosa has extensive experience in the fields of operations and safety, health, and environmental management, currently serving as Assessor de SSMA II at Raízen since April 2012 after progressing through various roles including Supervisor regional de operações de etanol and Supervisor de Operações de Etanol. Prior to Raízen, Felipe completed an internship at 3M from January 2011 to December 2011, where involvement in process improvement projects was noted, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Felipe is currently pursuing a Programa Integrado de Negócios, Administração e Negócios at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, set to complete in November 2024, and holds an MBA in Gestão de Negócios e Supply Chain from Centro Universitário Central Paulista, earned in August 2021, as well as a degree from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho obtained in 2011.
