Francieli Schmidt

Francieli Schmidt has been serving as a Pleno Analyst in Attraction and Selection at Raízen since February 2019. Prior to this role, Francieli worked as a Salesperson at Território do Calçados from May 2015 to February 2019, where responsibilities included customer service, invoice issuance, inventory control, order dispatch, and cash management. Francieli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná, completed between 2018 and 2021, and has also studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Universidade de Marília.
