Laíne Ramos

Laíne Ramos is an electrical engineer with a Master's degree in Project Management from USP and nearly a decade of experience in complex projects in the sugar and ethanol sector. Laíne began their career at Raízen as a trainee, where they quickly advanced to roles such as Project Coordinator and Senior Coordinator of Processes, Controls, and Improvements. They have successfully structured the industrial PMO, led substantial cost reductions, and implemented effective governance and financial controls. Laíne is recognized for their strategic vision, leadership in operational excellence, and expertise in methodologies such as PMBOK and Lean Six Sigma.
