Laura Melo

Laura Melo is an International Relations student at the Universidade Federal de São Paulo. Currently, they work in Compliance and Operational Risks at Raízen, where they focus on corporate risk mapping, fraud case management, and the application of COSO principles in risk management. Previously, they held positions in administrative assistance at Sodexo Benefícios e Incentivos and provided commercial intelligence at Pluxee Brasil, where they developed insights from data analysis. Laura also taught English to children and pre-teens, creating engaging learning environments. They are fluent in both English and Spanish, holding certifications from Cambridge University and SIELE.
