Liliane Lima

Liliane Lima is a qualified Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho with extensive experience in workplace safety across various sectors. Currently employed at Raízen since January 2023, responsibilities include the review of PGR, risk mapping, CIPA management, and conducting training sessions while focusing on compliance with NRs, CLT, NBR, and other regulations. Previously, Liliane worked at Quant Service from March 2015 to February 2023, achieving a promotion to Pleno Technician due to outstanding performance in implementing safety best practices for the Shell client. Earlier experience includes roles at Hospital De Clinicas De Jacarepagua and G4S Brasil, where Liliane developed skills in risk assessment, training execution, and regulatory compliance. Liliane holds a Técnico degree in Segurança do Trabalho from Senac Rio, earned between 2008 and 2010.
