Marcela Silva is an experienced professional with a strong background in optimization, performance analysis, and team leadership. Currently serving as an Analista de Otimização e Performance at Raízen since July 2022, Marcela is responsible for structuring and implementing quality monitoring processes and creating performance indicators using Power BI and Excel. Previously, Marcela held several roles at Stone from July 2017 to June 2022, including Líder de equipe, where management and development of team performance were prioritized through data analysis and communication with development teams.
