Marcelo Miranda

Marcelo Miranda has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and cloud services, currently serving as Tech Lead for the System Team at Raízen since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing AWS services, DevOps practices, crisis management, and operational process development. Previously, Marcelo held positions at Raízen as a Team Leader, overseeing a team of analysts and managing operations while interfacing with business areas. Prior roles include Infrastructure Analyst at Blend IT Consultoria, where Marcelo dealt with escalated cases and root cause analysis, and various technical positions at Doc Print Tecnologia and the Prefeitura Municipal de Indaiatuba, demonstrating a solid foundation in IT support and project management. Marcelo holds a Pós-Graduação in Cloud Computing and a degree in Information Technology Management from Universidade Paulista.
