Rafael Marcondes

Rafael Marcondes currently serves as a Supervisor de operações at Raízen since September 2023 and is involved in volunteer work with the Liga Raiz, specifically in the Gestão de Pessoas sector. Experience includes an internship as a Logistics Intern at COE - Centro de operações e excelência, as well as an Engineering Intern role at Valeo from January 2023 to September 2023. Prior positions held include Estagiário de engenharia de produção at Rovi Madeiras Ltda from January 2021 to December 2022, and a Trainee em finanças at W1 Consultoria Financeira from February 2020 to January 2021, where financial planning responsibilities were undertaken.
