Rodrigo Patuzzo began their work experience as an Engineer Trainee at VALE in 1999, moving on to ExxonMobil (ESSO) as a Business Consultant and later an Asset Management Analyst. Rodrigo then joined Cosan, taking on various roles including Network Planner, M&A Advisor, and Strategic Planning Advisor. At Raízen, Rodrigo progressed from Regional Sales Manager to Managing Director of Shell Select Convenience Stores. Rodrigo'sleadership journey continued as CEO of Grupo Nós before assuming the role of Vice President - Financial Services at Raízen in 2023.
Rodrigo Patuzzo completed their university graduate degree in Civil Engineering at Ufes - Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo from 1994 to 1999. Rodrigo then pursued an MBA in Business Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2005 to 2006, followed by an MBA in Finance at Ibmec from 2008 to 2009. In 2023, they furthered their education with Executive Education in Banking and Financial Support Services at INSEAD, Finance and Financial Management Services at Columbia Business School, and Banking and Financial Support Services at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
