Thiago Souza

Thiago Souza has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Head for Raízen Trading since September 2013, previously holding various HR managerial positions within Raízen's downstream, logistics, distribution, and trading sectors. Prior to Raízen, Thiago worked at the Rio 2016 Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games as the HR Compensation and Services Manager for a brief period in 2013. Thiago's career also includes roles as Compensation Manager at Raízen and as a Compensation Consultant at both Votorantim Cimentos and Banco Real. Thiago holds a degree in Publicity and Propaganda from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, completed between 1997 and 2001.
