Vinícius Sá

Vinícius Sá has over six years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC), focusing on monitoring and managing IT events using specialized software. They have held roles as an Observability Analyst at Raízen since 2022 and as a Monitoring Analyst at Banco Inter from 2019 to 2022. Previously, Vinícius worked in various technical support roles, including as a support attendant at Brasil Telecomunicações and a NOC Operator at HITSS.
