Morgane Izard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Morgane started their career as a Real Estate Agent at ELYSE AVENUE IMMOBILIER from 2010 to 2011 and again from 2012 to 2014. Morgane then worked as a Housekeeper at Novotel Palm Cove Resort from 2011 to 2012. In 2016, they interned at Societe Generale Private Banking - SGPB as a Real Estate Products and UCITS Assistant. In 2017, they worked at Arkéa Capital as an Analyst in Capital Risque - Impact Investing. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Financial Auditor at GELAS AUDIT. Currently, they hold the position of Investment Manager at Raizers, a platform that allows individuals and professionals to lend to real estate developers. In this role, they are responsible for selecting investment opportunities and managing a portfolio with an average return of 9.9%.

Morgane Izard obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in real estate from IFC, attending from 2008 to 2010. Morgane then pursued further education and completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Aix-Marseille University, from 2014 to 2015. Continuing their academic journey, Morgane Izard enrolled at KEDGE Business School from 2015 to 2017 and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree with a specialization in Finance, ESG.
