RAJAB is a leading recruitment and staffing solutions firm dedicated to meeting the global manpower demands of organizations across major industry verticals. Since our inception in 1995, we have grown from a Gulf-focused recruitment partner to a global manpower provider serving employers across the Middle East, Europe, and East Asia. What began as the vision of three entrepreneurial brothers — Mr. Mohammed Koya, Mr. K.P. Koya, and Mr. Zainudheen - has evolved into a dynamic, next-generation enterprise blending traditional values with modern execution. As an international staffing and recruitment company, we operate in the Middle East (Rajab Global Consultancy LLC), with active operations in India through our MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) accredited arm, Rajab Manpower Consultants.

Our Mission
We are committed to creating meaningful connections between global employers and India’s highly skilled professionals. We aim to not only deliver quality talent but also ensure ethical, compliant, and transparent recruitment that benefits both organizations and job seekers alike.
