Sameh Muhtadi

Sameh Muhtadi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of RAK Properties since August 2022, Muhtadi also holds significant leadership roles including Chairman of the Executive Board Committee for Rafal Development and Board Member positions at GAMA Construction and Al Rajhi Real Estate Developments. Previously, Muhtadi has served as President of Al Futtaim Contracting Group and Group CEO of Bloom Holding, among other notable positions at Morgan Stanley/Orascom and Emaar. Muhtadi holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Enfield College.
