Michael Power is currently the Group Chief Operating Officer at RAKBANK, overseeing operations with a focus on customer experience, technology, and execution. They have held prominent positions at several leading financial institutions, including managing director roles at Standard Chartered Bank and DBS Bank, where they drove significant digital transformations and sustainability initiatives. Prior to their banking career, Michael worked in various leadership roles at GE Money and GE Energy, specializing in continuous improvement methodologies. Michael is also deeply involved in governance, serving as a non-executive director and chairman for multiple organizations. They hold degrees from Trinity College Dublin, Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and have furthered their education at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
