Mateus Rede is a Customer Success Júnior Analyst at Pin People since April 2023, responsible for translating methodologies for clients, conducting experience surveys, and managing customer service through the platform. Prior to this, Mateus held an internship in Customer Success at Obra Prima, where responsibilities included conducting implementation meetings, providing customer support, and analyzing success plans.
