Muhammad Usman

Muhammad Usman is an experienced Big Data Analyst and Software Engineer currently employed at Rakuten, Inc. since October 2014. Previously, Muhammad held an internship at Capital Services Group where responsibilities included modifying and testing macros to ensure compatibility with Windows 8. Muhammad also served as Assistant Manager in IT Billing at Wateen Telecom Limited, managing development and operations of the IT Billing System, and worked as a Software Engineer at Systems Limited, contributing to large-scale ERP solutions for Liz Claiborne and significantly enhancing application performance through optimization techniques. Muhammad holds a Master of Business Administration in IT and Finance from the International University of Japan and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Punjab University College of Information Technology.
