Josh Chapman possesses extensive experience in commercial property management and real estate, currently holding the position of President at Linco Development, LLC, Linco Properties, LLC, and Linco Realty, LLC since April 2001. Specializing in medical office buildings, Josh's expertise spans commercial real estate property management as well as sales and leasing. Additionally, Josh has contributed to business development at RA-LIN and Associates, Inc. since 2001 and served as Regional Sales Manager for Greenway Medical Technologies from 1999 to 2001. Educationally, Josh graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 1999.
