Pete Glanton is an experienced professional in the construction and engineering field, currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at RaLin since February 2020. Prior to this role, Pete held multiple positions at ExxonMobil from April 2013 to February 2020, including Senior Estimator, Construction Supervisor responsible for offshore activities on the Hebron Platform, and Project Controls Engineer managing capital projects at the Joliet Refinery. Additionally, Pete worked as a Completions Engineer for the Houston Campus project and as a Mechanical Completion Lead for the Kearl Expansion Project in Alberta. Pete began the career as a Construction Engineer on the Banyu Urip Project in Indonesia. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2012.
