Alyssia Smith is a Learning and Development Consultant, currently serving as the Principal Learning Experience Architect at Ralliant, where they craft scalable learning solutions that integrate design thinking and emerging technologies. Previously, Alyssia held roles including Instructional Design Team Lead at Kimley-Horn and Learning Specialist at Microsoft, focusing on creating engaging learning content and enhancing training effectiveness. Alyssia's career began as a teacher with Wake County Public School System, followed by a position as a Training Specialist at Doe & Ingalls, where they restructured training programs to improve communication and efficiency. Alyssia holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from DeVry University, and a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Grand Valley State University.
