Harsh Garg

Harsh Garg serves as the Vice President of Strategy and M&A at Ralliant since June 2025, focusing on growth and value creation through both organic and inorganic strategies. Previously, Harsh held multiple strategic roles at Fortive and Tektronix from April 2022 to June 2025 and October 2018 to June 2022, respectively, emphasizing enterprise-level strategic objectives and leadership. Experience also includes a consulting role at Strategy&, where Harsh worked with Fortune 500 companies on growth strategies and operational assessments. As a co-founder of Golchi LLC, Harsh contributed to product launch and market strategies. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
