John Chen

John Chen, CPSM, is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing & Customer Fulfillment Director at Ralliant since July 2025, John has previously held the position of Senior Supply Chain Manager at Fortive from July 2016 to June 2025. John's career began at LITEON Technology, where from March 1996 to March 2000, positions included Process Engineer and Production Supervisor. Following that, John spent over ten years at Motorola Mobility in various roles, culminating in Program Manager from June 2004 to July 2006. John also served at Danaher Corporation as Supply Chain Manager and Sourcing/Purchasing Manager from July 2006 to July 2016. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Tianjin University, awarded in 1995.
