Joy Lu is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as the Regional TA Leader for APAC at Ralliant since May 2025, Joy previously held the position of TA COE for APAC at Fortive, where responsibilities included partnering with hiring managers and functional leaders to recruit talent across five operating companies in six countries, focusing on markets in Greater China and Southeast Asia. Prior to Fortive, Joy worked as the Talent Acquisition Leader for APAC at Tektronix and as a Senior HRG and China Talent Acquisition Leader at Garrett - Advancing Motion, experiencing significant organizational transitions. Earlier career roles include Assistant Project Manager at Henkel and various positions at Honeywell, Expo, and Mercer. Joy holds a Master’s degree in Executive Management and a Bachelor of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law.
