Kunal Dovedy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital customer experience transformation and technology consulting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Customer Experience Transformation at Ralliant since June 2025 and as a consultant at Sierra Technology since July 2019, Kunal specializes in guiding organizations through systemic transformations using innovative technology solutions. Previous roles include Senior Director at Fortive and Director of Information Technology at ServiceChannel and Gordian. Kunal's career highlights include founding Dovedy LLC, where multidisciplinary projects aimed to enhance humanity and build the Turbinophone.
