Rally is the civic innovation infrastructure for Central Florida. Operating as a permanent regional utility, we provide the testing grid that enables leaders, social entrepreneurs, and residents to validate emerging solutions before making the strategic decisions that shape our region’s future.

Our Dual Mission: Local Impact, Global Influence
Rally is anchored by a two-part commitment to the future of civic life:

Solving For Central Florida: Providing the infrastructure to help our region address its most urgent social and environmental issues, from housing and workforce stability to energy and water resilience.

A Model For The World: Building a global model for civic innovation, showing communities everywhere how to bridge the gap between bold ideas and validated impact.

The Programmatic Engine: Source → Build → Test → Scale
The core unit of change at Rally is the pilot. We move beyond theory and toward evidence by managing the full innovation lifecycle. We act as an external innovation department for our partners, providing a professional pathway that protects our region's most valuable assets: capital, trust, and reputation.

How You Plug Into The Grid

- Institutions | Innovation District Partner: Activate your campus with tested innovations. We manage the pilot lifecycle to deliver data and community feedback.

- Entrepreneurs & Nonprofits | Accelerator & Scale-Up: We prepare ventures for institutional adoption and transition proven solutions to regional standards.

- Residents & Experts | Co-Creation Labs: Ensuring regional solutions are designed with, not just for, the community.

- Aspiring Founders | Intro Workshops: The entry point to move from a bold idea to a pilot-ready concept.

Plug into the grid. Test what works. Scale what matters.
