Rupam Jaiswal

Rupam Jaiswal has had a varied career in the operations and sales industries. Rupam began their career in 2008 as a Senior Associate at Wipro BPO. In 2011, they moved to IBM GPS as a Practitioner-CRM Operations. In 2013, they joined SoftwareONE as a Leader, Global Sales Controlling and Readiness Leader, Global Expertise. In 2020, they took on the roles of Operations Manager and Sales Manager at Maadho Distributors. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Operations at OurBus Inc. and also serves as Head of Services and Operations Program Manager at Rally OurBus.

Rupam Jaiswal obtained a Master's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University from 2005 to 2010. In 2016, they obtained an ITIL V3 Foundation certification from EXIN.
