Natalia Iani has held various positions in different companies, starting as an Account Manager at Ukrainian Mall from September 2016 to November 2018, then moving on to become a Client Success Manager at Chatbots.Studio from January 2019 to October 2020. Currently, Natalia is working as a Business Solution Consultant at Rallyware since October 2020. With a degree in foreign philology specializing in English and Spanish languages from ХНПУ им. Г.С.Сковороды, Natalia has a solid educational background to support their professional experiences in customer and partner relations.
