N.p. Gupta

N.P. Gupta has extensive work experience in the tyre industry. N.P. started their career as a Product Manager at Modi Continental Tyre Company in 1975, where they gained experience in technical, manufacturing, engineering, and marketing of products. After working there for 24 years, they joined Metro Tyres Limited in 1999 as a General Manager. In this role, Gupta was responsible for heading the plant and overseeing various functions such as HRD, engineering, technical, and production. N.P. also played a crucial role in starting exports to Germany in that same year. In 2006, Gupta joined Ralson India Limited as a Senior VP (Works). Here, they led the manufacturing of cycle tyres and tubes, with a daily production capacity of more than one lakh tyres and tubes.

N.P. Gupta obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from HBTI-Kanpur UP during the years 1970 to 1973.
