Yogesh Bhade

Yogesh Bhade is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Operating Engineer at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. since June 2024, while simultaneously working as a Diploma Engineer Trainee at Ralson India Limited since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as an Operation Trainee at John Deere from July 2021 to July 2022, where skills in 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), control plans, continuous improvement (CI), non-conformance management (NCM), visual inspection, operator flexibility, self-certification, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), and mistake-proofing were developed. Yogesh Bhade holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shushila Devi Bansal College in Indore, complemented by education from Govt. Polytechnic College in Harda.
