Joyce Tsui is a skilled Product Designer with extensive experience in user experience design and accessibility initiatives. Currently at RaLytics as a Product Designer II, Joyce executes UX plans for medical tools, conducts accessibility training, and streamlines reporting processes. Previous roles include designing user flows for healthcare outreach tools at UW Medicine, enhancing web traffic and engagement at Exploring Solutions Past, and conducting user research at Smartsheet. Joyce has co-founded SB Creative Lab, designed user interfaces at Oppti, created editorial illustrations, and developed educational projects for the NASA Psyche Mission.
